about us

Ashley Mancheni is the founder of the Mancheni Agency. After spending nine years in Washington, D.C., Ashley has returned to her native roots in the Pacific Northwest. 

Ashley got her start at the Public Affairs Council, where she began by supporting the Council's experts on grassroots, PACs and international public affairs. While there, Ashley realized her passion was in communications and community engagement. 


She built the Council's social media area of expertise and advised corporate, association and non-profit members on the use of social media to meet public affairs objectives. She spoke frequently on the subject and organized seminars and conferences to feature the best in the field. While at the Council, Ashley also led the marketing efforts and all external social media. 

When Ashley came out to Seattle, she joined Quinn Thomas, a strategic communications firm based in Portland. Ashley represented the firm's Seattle presence and served as an Account Supervisor for clients focused on education, natural resources and environmental policy. Her expertise includes messaging, reputation management, social media strategy development, grassroots and community engagement. 

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Portland, with a Bachelor's in Political Science and minor in German. She is particularly passionate about increasing women's opportunities within government and other senior leadership roles.

Ashley also has experience managing web design projects, blog development and digital ad placement. She can help ensure your dollars are being spent wisely and your message is getting heard.


Community engagement

Ashley has a passion for industry relations and in-person reputation management. She will find and develop relationships with stakeholders in your community and build programs and efforts to increase visibility for your company. She represents industries at trade shows, conferences and events.
